the imprint story

What is Imprint?

Imprint is an integrated online talent-management system that incorporates every phase of the employee lifecycle. It is a modular application offering selection, performance management, development, surveys and succession-planning modules.

Our history

Imprint was originally developed by Imprint Global’s sister company Maximus International, a boutique organisational assessment and development consultancy. An established member of the business sector, Maximus works with a number of large, high-end organisations, offering unique and commercially savvy business solutions to identify and maximise people and organisational potential.

Over time, Maximus developed a competency-based employee lifecycle management system, which, although very successful, was time consuming to implement due to its paper-based roots. As a result, Maximus went to the market to find an online employee management system which they felt comfortable recommending to their clients. After extensive research, they were unable to find a suitable system and realised the only solution was to develop one in-house. Imprint was born.

Imprint’s evolution

Maximus combined its extensive experience and skills in learning and development, organisational development, strategic HR and assessment, with strategic IT leaders and developers to bring Imprint to life.

The first of its kind in the Australian market, Imprint has gone from strength to strength. The evolution of the product itself has been remarkable. With a strong technical, research and development team, new functionality continues to be developed and improved, maintaining Imprint’s status as the frontrunner in new-age technology.

With this success, Imprint Global has become its own entity and now employs a team of IT developers, HR professionals and organisation development experts, delivering a unique and unmatched integrated online employee lifecycle management system and ongoing support service which is second to none.
